Flambient photos use a special technique that blends the ambience of a room with a flash-lit photo of the room to get true colors without tints from poor lighting, harsh sunlight or reflections. Recommended in most situations.

AI Virtual Staging - $6/photo (minimum of $42)*
Virtual Staging - $18/photo (minimum of $60)
*- AI Virtual Staging is a cheaper offering, but it offers much less control, and has trouble with rather large spaces. It is also nearly impossible to make two shots of the same room have matching furniture.
Bring out the beauty of the exterior by photographing the house at sunset, or save time and money by editing most photos to look like twilight shots.

VIDEO
